Leuven tradition in a new guise: White beer with ginger and hibiscus

The idea is simple: the recipe of the hobby beer was used as a basis, but the seasoning got a twist. Like a chef does with a Bouquet Garnie, ginger and hibiscus were added. It's something different than extra lemon or raspberry.

Expect a unique taste that cannot be compared with any other beer.

This white beer, brewed by hand and refermented in the bottle, is unfiltered and unpasteurised, and has an alcohol percentage of 5.5%.
